Wind-lock ULP-302 Plates, 1-3/4in Plastic Washer for Rigid Insulation, 1000/bx

ULP-302 Polypropylene Plastic Washers (1,000 per box) are 1-3/4" diameter, high-strength fasteners engineered for use in continuous insulation (Ci) stucco systems and ICF/SIP construction. Made from durable, high-grade polypropylene, these plastic plates are designed to flatten upon fastening, with built-in stiffening ribs to minimize deflection and improve hold.

Each washer includes 16 mechanical keyholes for locking base coat material, and can be screw-fastened, nailed, or shot, offering flexible installation across job site needs. The integrated engineered “flash” enables efficient pre-assembly with screws to reduce labor time.

Application Details:

For Ci/Stucco Systems:

• Secure PermaLath® 17, 20-gauge stucco netting, and 2.5 or 3.4 metal lath in hard coat stucco assemblies.
• Not for use with standard PB EIFS systems. For PB applications, use Wind-Devil® 2 or Long-Lock® fasteners designed with thermal recessed chambers.

For ICF/SIP Construction:

• Pair with Foam2Foam® spray adhesive to attach wood bucks to ICF form openings.
• Available non-assembled or pre-assembled with UWLM series screws (for wood or light metal) to save on-site installation time.
