ULP-302 Polypropylene Plastic Washers – 1-3/4" Diameter (Box of 250)

The ULP-302 Polypropylene Plastic Washers are high-strength fastening plates engineered for continuous insulation (Ci) stucco systems and ICF/SIP construction applications. Manufactured from durable, high-grade polypropylene, these washers are designed to flatten during fastening while built-in stiffening ribs help reduce deflection and improve holding strength.

Designed for efficient installation and long-term performance, each washer features 16 mechanical keyholes that help lock base coat materials securely into place. The integrated engineered “flash” allows for quick pre-assembly with screws, helping contractors reduce labor time and improve jobsite productivity.

Continuous Insulation (Ci) Stucco Systems

• Secures PermaLath®
• Compatible with 17 and 20-gauge stucco netting
• Supports 2.5 and 3.4 metal lath in hard coat stucco assemblies
• Not recommended for standard PB EIFS systems

ICF & SIP Construction

• Works with Foam2Foam® spray adhesive for attaching wood bucks to ICF openings
• Suitable for insulated concrete form and structural insulated panel installations
• Pre-assembled screw options help speed up installation
