It is a very nice product and it went up rather easily for a retro fit. You should let people know they need to wear gloves when handling the product due to the large amount of fiberglass shards.

Stealth Residential Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG) panels (21-1/2in x 30in Access Opening) include a rubber gasket around it’s perimeter to ensure the door meets residential code and remains moisture resistant. Panels will not shrink, rust, or crack, and will accept any finish to ensure it blends seamlessly with the home’s aesthetic style. Install during new construction, or easily retrofit into a drywall ceiling.
